“This restaurant is very special to me for more reasons than the fact that the food here is delicious! For starters they have one of the best Cubano sandwiches around…their tacos are SO good, they have plantains (a favorite of mine!), their brunch menu is so good! They have a great happy hour…the list goes on! I’ve been here multiple times for brunch, lunch, dinner, etc. the food quality is always so good and the service here is always attentive! The most recent visit I came with my parents for the first time and they loved it! We tried 3 of the tacos, their Brussel sprouts and sweet potato, the pork and the blackened salmon! All of them were so good! My dad got the Cubano which I’ve had multiple times so I know it’s good and my fiance got the tostones and yucca fries which were SO good! I love when restaurants have those! They also got a starter of empanadas which the boys loved. It was a great time and I love coming here! I highly highly recommend!”

“Paladar is one of our regular spots since it’s close to where we live, so we stop by quite often. To be honest, we weren’t huge fans at first, but we decided to give it another chance, and we’re so glad we did. It honestly feels like they changed their chef because the food is so much better now. The empanadas are absolutely incredible, especially the mushroom ones. They also had a shrimp empanada special that was amazing, and I really hope they add it to the regular menu. We also love their steaks, burgers, the Cuban sandwich, and the salt-crusted fish. My only suggestion would be to expand the cocktail menu a bit. They have plenty of rum and tequila-based drinks, and the bartenders are happy to make pretty much anything you ask for, but I’d love to see a little more variety on the menu itself so I don’t have to think of a cocktail to order every time. Other than that, we really enjoy this place and keep coming back. The bar stays open late on weekends, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It honestly feels like King of Prussia has its own little neighborhood nightlife spot. Highly recommend!”

I’ve been here several times and it’s consistently one of my favorite spots in the area for a fresh, delicious meal. **The Food and Drinks 🍷 🥘 ** The menu has a lot of variety, especially if you’re looking for fresh, health-conscious choices. I personally highly recommend the **Power Grain Bowl with chicken**. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and the presentation is beautiful. Honestly, I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t enjoy. I had sangria and also had the other drinks. They were good. ### **The Atmosphere & Location** The setting is modern and inviting, fitting perfectly into the King of Prussia Town Center vibe. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery while you eat. ### **The Service** For the most part, the service is very good. The waitstaff is typically friendly and attentive. I did have one experience at the bar during happy hour where the service was a bit "meh" and slow, despite it not being busy—but that was only once out of the many times I’ve visited. Most of the time, they really nail it. **Bottom Line:** Whether you’re looking for a healthy lunch or a nice dinner out, Paladar is a solid choice. The flavors are great, and the bowls are a standout!”

“DO NOT ORDER THE LOMO SALTADO, it’s nothing but SALTYYYY over cooked onions and tomatoes with mostly fries and 1 spoon of rice at the bottom of the plate drenched with soy sauce. topped with who knows what dressing that added more salt to the dish. Meat portion was decent but was way over cooked, a frozen meal would taste better. I have had many lomo saltados before and this one was certainly not a lomo. To the chef: please don’t make this to anyone again.”

“I do not recommend this place to anyone interested in a flavor filled or delectable taco. The tacos are bland even with the fake hint of spice of hot sauce and added jalapeños. The drinks are strong trying to disguise the taste. The taco is very watery and soaked through the quesadillas. The atmosphere is nice just wish the food reflected it.”
